Dear Exhibitor: You are invited to participate in COMO
XXII sponsored by the Georgia Association for Instructional Technology
(GAIT), the Georgia Library Association (GLA), and the Georgia Library Media
Association (GLMA) from October 12-15, 2010 at the Classic Center in Athens,
GA. We will have a number of activities
planned to give your organization maximum exposure including no-conflict
exhibits only times. Exhibition
space this year will be in the Grand Hall of the Classic Center.
Specific exhibits hours will be provided in your confirmation letter
and will be posted on our website but will include a full day on Thursday,
October 14 and the morning of Friday, October 15.
Set ups will be on Wednesday October 13th.
Security will be provided for exhibit space and the exhibit areas are
carpeted. This year we have several sponsorship
opportunities for exhibitors: Conference tote bags:
$3,000 This would provide your logo on the
conference tote bags, one complimentary exhibit space, and recognition in
the conference program and at one of the general sessions.
This would provide recognition at a
keynote presentation and recognition in the conference program. Exhibits break:
$1,000 This would provide recognition at one of
the exhibits breaks and recognition in the conference program.
The cost of each 8' x 10' booth is $350.
One skirted table, two chairs, a wastebasket, and identification sign
are included in the price.
Conference hotels will be listed on the COMO website.

Please make reservations directly with one of the hotels.
Inform the hotel that you are with the COMO group to receive the
rates listed. A program proposal
form is also available at the COMO website in case you or your organization
would like to sponsor a program, vendor showcase, etc.
Programs will be accepted from exhibitors as long as space is
available. The
Conference Exhibit Registration form is located on our website.
Please complete and return this form with payment-in-full.
Booth spaces will be assigned based upon date of receipt of completed
application. Forms received
without payment will not be processed.
Information entered under
Products/Services on the registration form should be limited to 25 words
per booth(s) rented and will be used to describe your booth(s) in the
printed conference program. To assure
inclusion in the printed program, completed registrations should be received
by September 10, 2010 though registrations will continue to be accepted
after that date if space permits. Call the number listed below if you have
