To register using a check or purchase order, please
download a paper form. When you register on line, you use one credit card to pay the total amount, including both registration and meals. If you need to pay for meals separately from the registration fee, you may register on line without adding the meals and pay using the credit card. Then call or e-mail us to add the meals and arrange payment for them. To register on line using your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card, please click here. REGISTRATION RATES Note that the member rates are available only to individuals who are members of the Georgia Library Association (GLA), the Georgia Library Media Association (GLMA), or the Georgia Association for Instructional Technology (GAIT). If you are not a member, you can save money on full-conference registration by joining. Links to the organization web sites can be found on the home page. If you're registering on-line, send us an e-mail once you have submitted your membership application and we'll give you an ID number you can use for member registration. |

| Refund Policy: Refund
requests for conference pre-registration must be received in writing no
later than October 21, 2010. Refund requests will be handled on a
case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required for medical or other
emergencies that prohibit attendance. A $15 processing fee will be
assessed to any granted refund request. Privacy Policy: Your name and contact information will be provided to GaCOMO conference vendors (exhibitors) unless you opt out on the registration form. |
